While some people want a smaller butt some want one a little larger and more shapely. In this wikiHow we'll explore what you can do to be petite no more and build a buxom body. The shape of our butt is primarily determined by genetics and diet, but you can also buy products to help your derrière be the size and shape you desire.

  1. Gain weight. Eat fatty foods high in carbohydrates like pasta, potatoes, meat, and dairy. Be warned though, genetics determine where you will gain weight, not everybody gains weight in their buttocks, but many do. If you eat badly to gain weight it could appear anywhere on your body. There is no way to force extra weight into your buttocks.
  2. Exercise. You can tone your butt with exercise, shape it by altering the appearance of the muscles in your butt (Gluteus maximus, Gluteus medius, and Gluteus minimus) and those around it, exercise will build muscles.
